2. Service Description

Vidalt provides AI-powered video subtitle generation services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate subtitles for video content uploaded by users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and process video content through our platform. You must not upload content that violates copyright laws, contains illegal material, or infringes on the rights of others. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and process through Vidalt.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for Vidalt services is processed according to the pricing plan selected by the user. Free trial users can process one video without payment. Pay-per-video and subscription plans require payment before processing additional videos. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain all rights to their original video content. Vidalt and Searcly Teknoloji A.Ş. do not claim ownership of user-uploaded videos. Generated subtitles are provided as part of our service. The Vidalt platform, including its AI technology, user interface, and proprietary algorithms, remains the exclusive property of Searcly Teknoloji A.Ş.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vidalt provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of generated subtitles, though we continuously work to improve accuracy. Vidalt and Searcly Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

User privacy is important to us. Video files are processed securely and deleted according to our data retention policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Changes to Terms

Vidalt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
